Technical Product Manager

About the Job:

We are seeking a Technical Product Manager to join the LiveIntent team to support the strategy and development of the roadmap for our addressability products. This position will work cross-functionally and collaboratively with key internal stakeholders who work together to build innovative products. As a member of our product management team, you will leverage your industry experience to provide business context and customer perspective and advise development and business teams to make informed decisions.

Responsibilities:

• Understand technology trends, business needs and user insights to support roadmap for addressability products
• Identify market trends, innovation areas, and competitor activity
• Engage with internal and external stakeholders to ensure product and engineering are focused on the right initiatives that extend the products value
• Define, prioritize and execute a flow of product enhancements and operational improvements designed to enhance revenue and efficiency
• Create Product Requirements Documents and Business Cases; create and manage Jira tickets detailing technical product requirements, document product use cases in Confluence
• Gather and prioritize product feedback and requests from clients and internal stakeholders
• Manage overall execution and performance of cross functional goals and product initiatives
• Analyze and produce insights on existing and potential customers
• Support sales in early stage account strategy and major client pursuits. Meet with clients to solicit direct feedback on products and features
• Assist Customer Support in troubleshooting customer issues with product deployment or usage

Qualifications:

• A minimum of 3 years of hands-on experience in product management and development preferably in mar-tech,  ad-tech company and/or an identity provider company
• Big picture thinking while delivering iterative, impactful improvements in a fast paced, continuous release Agile environment
• Foundational understanding of data privacy regulation and privacy-enhancing technologies
• Knowledge of programmatic advertising; particularly regarding header bidding technologyDemonstrated ability to collaborate with peers in research, engineering and product marketing 
• Track record of complex and creative problem-solving, and the desire to create and build new businesses
• Experience working with Jira or Confluence
• Experience leading product development teams through all areas of the product development lifecycle, from ideation to post-release iteration
• Understanding of, or experience with javascript a plus
• Ability to work well with a variety of people ranging in various technical levels

The base salary for this position begins at $70,000 with a maximum salary opportunity of $125,000. When determining compensation for roles, we look at the qualifications needed for the position along with the mix of required and preferred skills/experiences, market data, and existing team equity. We rarely hire an individual into a position at the top of the salary band due to the belief that we are hiring people into roles that also challenge them to learn and grow. The band highlights that potential. We put an emphasis on growth and development through our performance and compensation reviews 2x a year in parallel with ongoing conversions with your manager throughout the year.
