Technical Program Manager, Enterprise Architecture

Minimum qualifications:

• Bachelor's degree in a technical field, or equivalent practical experience.
• 8 years of experience in program management.

Preferred qualifications:

• 8 years of experience managing cross-functional or cross-team projects.
• Ability to support the design and implementation of engineering excellence assessment.
• Ability to integrate engineering excellence best practices into workstreams.

Responsibilities

• Contribute to the development of solutions that promote sustainable engineering practices.
• Influence creation and implementation of policies around engineering standards.
• Analyze engineering practice data to identify trends and benchmark against industry standards.
