Required Skills:

• This role requires experience in combination of Project Manager, Scrum Master and Tech lead.
• Overall program management, with focus on managing partners.
• Technical Project Management with java experience along with Restful API and microservices.
• Knowledge of SDLC lifecycle.
• Experience with and well versed in Agile Methodologies, Sprint delivery models, with general experience with Project Management Tools, and general Project Management.
• Knowledge and experience of CI/CD pipelines & test environment.
• Good communication skills
• Good to have experience with PTS lifecycle, TPM Process life cycle, TPM artifacts overview
• Understanding of SBL, Margin Lending, Project Cardinal functional landscape
• Financial services experience preferred

Salary Transparency:

At Capgemini, it is not typical for an individual to be hired at or near the top of the range for their role. The base salary range for the tagged location is $86129 - $127189 / yearly.

This role may be eligible for other compensation including variable compensation, bonus, or commission. Full time regular employees are eligible for paid time off, medical/dental/vision insurance, 401(k), and any other benefits to eligible employees.
