About the Role:
We're looking for a passionate Technical Project Manager to join our dynamic team! In this role, you'll be at the forefront of delivering cutting-edge fintech projects that make a real impact on our clients' success. You'll collaborate with talented cross-functional teams to design and implement innovative SaaS solutions tailored to the unique needs of our clients. Your leadership will be crucial in navigating complex project landscapes, ensuring that we meet our goals while maintaining strong relationships with both internal and external stakeholders. Responsibilities

• Oversee multiple projects simultaneously, making sure they stay on track, within budget, and meet all requirements.
• Serve as the primary contact for clients, building strong relationships and ensuring clear communication throughout the project lifecycle.
• Define project objectives and collaborate with internal teams for seamless integration and implementation of fintech solutions.
• Provide training and support to clients to ensure successful adoption and satisfaction.
• Conduct regular project meetings and keep stakeholders updated on progress, challenges, and successes.
• Identify potential risks and implement strategies to mitigate them, ensuring high-quality deliverables.
• Maintain comprehensive project documentation to support transparency and accountability.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in business, finance, or a related field.

• Preferred PMP certification or equivalent.
• 3+ years of project management experience in fintech, including resource allocation.
• Thorough understanding of fintech software and SaaS solutions.
• Excellent communication skills for conveying complex concepts.
• Proficiency in managing multiple projects with exceptional organizational skills.
• Strong problem-solving and analytical abilities, with attention to detail.
• Proven track record in managing complex projects within budget and timelines.
• Effective leadership and team management skills, inspiring cross-functional teams.
• Proficient in project management tools and software.
• Deep understanding of SaaS-based fintech solutions and industry best practices.
• Familiarity with Waterfall methodology and Agile principles.
• Experience overseeing risk management and software implementation.
• Ability to interpret Statements of Work and Project Blueprints.
• Familiarity with ERP and CRM applications like NetSuite.
