Technical Project Manager

About The Role:

As a Technical Project Manager at Feastables, you will play a pivotal role in ensuring the technical readiness of our products and projects. Reporting directly to the Director of Program Management, you’ll manage timelines, ensure compliance with technical requirements, and drive projects from concept to launch. Your role will be critical in bridging technical and operational teams, ensuring that all requirements are met for successful product launches.

What You’ll Be Doing:

• ​​Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including R&D, QA, Regulatory, Packaging and Procurement, to ensure technical readiness for product launches and other technical initiatives 
• Manage project timelines and milestones, ensuring all technical and operational requirements are met for on-time delivery
• Facilitate the review and approval process for technical specifications, packaging compliance, and regulatory documentation
• Act as the central point of contact for technical readiness, identifying gaps and proactively solving challenges to ensure projects stay on track
• Coordinate with Product Development and engineering teams to align technical deliverables with broader business objectives
• Develop and refine processes to enhance efficiency and ensure seamless communication across all involved departments
• Track progress and provide regular updates to leadership, highlighting risks, dependencies, and mitigation strategies
• Monitor technical and operational metrics/KPI’s to inform decision-making and continuous improvement efforts

Recipe For Success:

• 5+ years of experience in project management, ideally within the Consumer Packaged Goods (CPG) industry, with a focus on technical or operational roles
• Proven track record of managing cross-functional projects and partners
• Strong understanding of technical readiness requirements, including regulatory compliance, packaging standards, and product development processes
• Proficiency in project management tools (e.g., Monday.com, Slack, Smartsheet) and methodologies (agile, waterfall)
• Exceptional organizational skills, with the ability to manage multiple projects and deadlines in a fast-paced environment
• Strong problem-solving skills and a proactive approach to identifying and addressing potential roadblocks
• Excellent communication skills, capable of translating complex technical requirements into actionable steps for diverse stakeholders
• A collaborative mindset, coupled with a bias for action and a keen attention to detail
• Experience in the retail sector (working within, alongside, or in support of a national retailer) a plus
