The Job At-A-Glance:
As a Technical Project Manager, you will work with in-house developers, external developers and customers, where you will help build the Innovation Studio community, as you evangelize our story and help partners integrate into the Innovation Studio ecosystem.
You will lead complex technical projects from inception to deployment, bridging the gap between technical teams and business stakeholders while ensuring successful project delivery within scope and timeline constraints.
A Typical Day:

  • Lead end-to-end project management of technical initiatives, including planning, execution, monitoring, control, and closure
  • Identify, track, and mitigate project risks and dependencies
  • Coordinate cross-functional teams including developers, designers, QA engineers, and business stakeholders
  • Manage partner onboarding projects
  • Develop partner onboarding processes
  • Create and maintain project documentation including requirements, technical specifications, and status reports
  • Monitor project KPIs and provide regular updates to leadership on project health and milestones
  • Drive technical decision-making processes and facilitate architecture discussions
  • Manage partner relationships and third-party integrations when applicable
  • Manage vendor relationships
  • Conduct post-project evaluations to identify lessons learned and process improvements.


Bring Your Passion, Do What You Love. Here's What We're Looking For:

  • Bachelor's degree in business, management, or related field
  • 2+ years of technical project management experience
  • Strong understanding of software development lifecycle (SDLC)
  • Experience with project management tools (Jira, Salesforce, MS Office Suite, etc.)
  • Proven track record of delivering complex technical projects on time and within budget
  • Strong technical background with ability to understand and discuss technical concepts
  • Outstanding written and verbal communication skills
  • Strong familiarity with modern software development practices and tools
  • Basic understanding of cloud platforms (AWS, Azure, or GCP)
  • Knowledge of CI/CD pipelines and DevOps practices
  • Experience with databases and API integrations
  • Familiarity with programming concepts and system architecture
  • Understanding of security best practices and PCI compliance requirements
