Technical Solution Architect - Service Now

Introduction
As an IBM Application Architect you directly help clients transform their business  and solve complex problems. You will define the scope and vision for projects that deliver customized solutions using your knowledge of IBM platforms.  You are a technical leader serving as a liaison among business partners technical resources and project stakeholders.

Your Role and Responsibilities

Facilitate all ServiceNow ITSM GRC-IRM and SecOps-VR workshops and assist ServiceNow process business analysts with all workshops.

1. Facilitate guide coordinate and set up in all required environments (e.g. DEV SIT etc)

   1. ServiceNow Platform Core Setup

   2. CMDB

   3. ITSM

   4. Development environment migration

   5. Migration success

   6. Development work including

      1. Provisioning and configuration of ServiceNow App Instance

      2. Provisioning and configuration of ServiceNow Par export Instances

      3. Provisioning and configuration of ServiceNow MID server component Instances

      4. Provisioning and configuration of ServiceNow Databases including Oracle MariaDB AWS RDS etc.

   7. Integration between ServiceNow and other APIs integration points or applications.

2. Facilitate all ServiceNow testing.

3. Responsible for all ServiceNow architectural decisions and changes.

4. Involved in all discussions and responsibilities relating to ServiceNow.

5. Ensure end-to-end project delivery success.

6. Ensure that all deliverables are aligned with the client’s requirements.

7. Ensure all technical documents are aligned to project deliverables and outcome

   2. Solution Overview

   3. ServiceNow Operating Model

   4. Security Review Document

   5. Functional and Technical Testing Documentation

Required Technical and Professional Expertise

1. trong communication skills

2. Experience in out of box (OOB) customization for ServiceNow ITSM modules surveys forms

   etc.

3. Experience in self-hosted environment ServiceNow implementation in Cloud (AWS).

4. Proven experience as a key technical resource leading the development of solutions in client

   environments that have implemented areas such as CSM ITSM ITOM ITAM SecOps GRC

   Integrations etc.

5. Excellent Knowledge of integrating with internal and external applications and systems.

6. Strong ability to demonstrate analytical and problem-solving skills with excellent verbal

   written and time management skills.

7. Demonstrated ability to influence and consult (providing options with pros cons and risks)

   around all key technical decisions during project delivery with outstanding results.

8. Demonstrated ability to mentor staff in the development and release management relative

   to the ServiceNow platform to drive quality value and best practice.

9. Strong ITIL processes and best practice knowledge.

10. Excellent knowledge of technical components such as LDAP VPN SSL and other such

    technologies.

11. Experience with Web Technologies (XML HTML JavaScript Web Services etc) and working

    in a SaaS environment.

Preferred Technical and Professional Expertise

1. Degree in Computer Science Software Engineering or equivalent.

2. More than 5 years of ServiceNow Development Experience and over 3 years of Solution

   Architect Role.

3. Configuration experience in ServiceNow IT Workflows Employee Workflows Customer

   Workflows and Creator Workflows in projects over multiple towers.

4. ServiceNow CSA CIS – ITSM and 1 certification each from ITOM and IRM.
