The Opportunity

Are you looking for an invigorating environment to flex your tech chops and people skills?

We're looking for a software developer to join our support team, improve our bot AI, identify & solve bugs, and conduct QA. As a software developer intern, you will help maintain the interaction between our customers and engineering team. This role is great for a super driven person who is willing to jump onto vital cross-org projects and own them. This role will begin in June and run for 6-9 weeks.

Responsibilities

  • Conduct QA audits on the product new release
  • Aggregate analyze & improve Bot answers
  • Contribute to engineering efforts (solve bugs, review jira) while troubleshooting complex user issues and communicating with engineers, designers, and property managers
  • Create automations, write user documentation & optimize our support documentation and processes to improve users' experiences and help take our onboarding to the next level
  • Improve our onboarding tooling - written mostly in Python and bash.

Requirements

  • Python experience
  • Proficiency working in a technical environment and comfort solving technical user issues
  • SQL experience
  • Tech-savvy with an ability to navigate multiple complex systems simultaneously to respond to user inquiries
  • A love for troubleshooting and debugging new issues
  • Enthusiasm for unraveling complex problems
  • Team player, with a problem-solving approach
  • Experience in investing and or managing your own investment portfolio (we're an investor-friendly bunch!)
  • Familiarity with our tech stack: Jira, Mixpanel, Superblocks, Customer.io, Jam, Github, and Contentful.
