Technical Test Lead

Infosys is seeking an Technical Test Lead,

As a Technical Test Lead, you will act as a validation and quality assurance expert and review the functionality of existing systems. You will conduct requirement analysis, define test strategy & design and lead execution to guarantee superior outcomes. Required Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or foreign equivalent required from an accredited institution. Will also consider three years of progressive experience in the specialty in lieu of every year of education.
• Candidate must be located within commuting distance of Weehawken, NJ or be willing to relocate one of these areas. This position may require travel in the US.
• At least 4 years of experience with Information Technology and Test Automation .
• Excellent coordination and communication skills.
• Ability to coordinate with multiple stakeholders and liaison with business teams to support UAT testing .

• At least 4 years of experience in leading testing team taking complete ownership of deliverables
• Bachelor's or master's degree or equivalent focusing on wealth management business area
• Experience in a similar position focused on wealth or asset management within the finance sector
• Interested in learning new technologies and practices, reuse strategic platforms and standards, evaluate options, and make decisions with long-term sustainability in mind
• Strong communicator, from making presentations to technical writing
• Fluent in reading, writing and speaking English.
• Deep understanding of Mainframe technologies, which include CICS, COBOL, DB2, JCL, VSAM, Changeman and also well versed with MQ, Json, SPUFI
• Good Analytical and problem-solving skills
• Ability to work independently and take ownership
• Abilities in Test Strategizing, planning and co-ordination.
• Good knowledge of Financial Services domain and business functional processes
• Ability to contribute towards in depth technical content required on test automation proposals.
