Technical Writer

About the Opportunity:

We are searching for a Technical Writer who has a passion for technology and can assist the marketing and communications teams in establishing a bold, clear and direct way of articulating our unique AI technology. Seekr is growing rapidly looking to unlock bigger partnerships and create deals with partners across infrastructure, development, and commercial spaces. This technical writing role will be a key component to driving our brand and product voice across the industry.  

The technical writer roll will be a key part of our marketing & communications team as a center of excellence. The role will work cross functionally with product, engineering, sales teams. The expectations in the role will be to produce papers for us, identity insights in our data, articulate the n the AI industry and have a steady publishing theme. White papers, state of AI etc.

Responsibilities:

• Responsible for the creation and maintenance of scaled documentation regarding technology concepts to be shared externally.
• Translate technical or complicated information into clear, concise documents for various audiences.
• Interview subject matter experts and technical staff to collect information, prepare written text, and coordinate material organization within defined structures.
• Maintenance of the internal documentation library, providing or coordinating special documentation services, and the oversight of special projects.

• Produce thought leadership papers for us, identity insights in our data, articulate the momentum in the AI industry and have a steady publishing theme inclusive of white papers, blogs, presentations & beyond.

• Work independently as part of a larger cross-functional team.

Qualifications:

• Bachelor's Degree and minimum of 5 years of experience in technical writing, research, and documentation with a background of technology, SAAS, AI preferred
• Policy writing background: policy writing, analyst, research, emerging technology
• Proficient in Microsoft suite of products and collaboration tools
• Excellent technical writing skills including research
• Familiarity with a wide range of different emerging technologies
• Hard working, self-motivated individual who is comfortable handling ambiguity and able to successfully complete tasks within deadlines with limited supervision
• Ability to analyze and synthesize information to draw accurate, logical, and actionable conclusions
