Un technicien en entretien sur place est responsable de l'installation, de la configuration, de l'entretien, du dépannage et de la réparation des systèmes et de l'équipement des clients (matériel et logiciels). Ce travail peut s'effectuer sur place ou à l'extérieur du site et peut comprendre la coordination et la collaboration avec d'autres équipes de soutien ou des tiers. Ces fonctions seront généralement exercées dans une région assignée, mais elles peuvent être requises n'importe où au Canada et comprendront les déplacements, le travail effectué après les heures normales et des tâches en fin de semaine.

Responsabilités spécifiques

  • Agir Ă  titre de reprĂ©sentant de service pour des clients particuliers.
  • Participer Ă  l'horaire de travail sur appel.
  • Effectuer l'entretien prĂ©ventif.
  • Assumer la responsabilitĂ© de la satisfaction des clients.
  • Entretenir et gĂ©rer l'Ă©quipement et les pièces afin de traiter les demandes de service en temps opportun.
  • Maintenir Ă  jour l'inventaire.
  • Effectuer avec diligence et professionnalisme les installations, les rĂ©parations, les changements nĂ©cessaires et les tâches assignĂ©es sur l'Ă©quipement sur place aux sites des clients, au besoin; cela implique d'effectuer ce travail après les heures normales, au besoin, selon un horaire sur appel en rotation.
  • S'assurer que toutes les aires de travail sont propres, organisĂ©es et sĂ©curitaires et agir de manière lĂ©gale, sĂ©curitaire et courtoise au moment des dĂ©placements vers et depuis les sites des clients.
  • RĂ©pondre Ă  l'ensemble des exigences administratives et de production de rapports, y compris toute la formation obligatoire.
  • Transporter occasionnellement des colis aux dĂ©pĂ´ts de messagerie ou directement Ă  l'aĂ©roport en cas d'urgence ou après les heures de ramassage par le service de messagerie.
  • Participer Ă  l'organisation d'Ă©vĂ©nements de prĂ©sentation commerciale, au besoin.
  • Aider l'Ă©quipe des ventes Ă  titre de reprĂ©sentant de service pour les nĂ©gociations et les bannières au niveau du siège social et de la chaĂ®ne, en offrant un soutien Ă  la vĂ©rification pĂ©riodique du rendement de l'Ă©quipement.
  • Favoriser une culture d'excellence et une relation de service axĂ©e sur le client.

Exigences du poste

  • ĂŠtre titulaire d'un diplĂ´me d'Ă©tudes collĂ©giales en Ă©lectronique, en robotique ou en Ă©lectromĂ©canique.
  • Avoir au moins 5 ans d'expĂ©rience Ă  titre de technicien en entretien sur place.
  • Faire preuve de leadership et maintenir des normes supĂ©rieures de satisfaction de la clientèle.
  • Avoir une expĂ©rience des systèmes pneumatiques et robotiques, du dĂ©pannage et des rĂ©parations est un atout.
  • Avoir une expĂ©rience des systèmes de contrĂ´le Ă©lectronique complexes, du dĂ©pannage et des rĂ©parations est un atout.
  • Avoir une expĂ©rience dans le secteur pharmaceutique ou des soins de santĂ© est un atout.
  • Avoir une expĂ©rience en automation des hĂ´pitaux et en automation des soins de santĂ© est un atout.
  • Avoir la capacitĂ© d'apprendre et de comprendre les fonctions de l'Ă©quipement de McKesson APS, et d'appliquer les connaissances acquises.
  • Utiliser son propre vĂ©hicule.

Specific Responsibilities
  • Act as service representative for specific customers
  • Member of the On-Call schedule
  • Perform Preventive Maintenance
  • Accountable for customer satisfaction
  • Maintain and manage equipment and parts in order to execute service requests in a timely manner
  • Maintain your inventory up to date.
  • Diligently and professionally execute installations, repairs, necessary changes and assigned tasks on equipment onsite at customer sites as required. This includes performing such work after hours as required on a rotating on-call basis.
  • Ensure all work areas are kept clean, organized and safe always and act in a legal, safe and courteous manner while travelling to and from customer sites.
  • Complete all administrative and reporting requirements, including all mandatory Training.
  • Occasionally bring packages to courier depots or directly to the airport in case of emergency or after courier pick-up times have elapsed.
  • Participate in the set-up of commercial showcase events as required.
  • Assist sales team as service representative when negotiating and banners HQ and chain level, assisting periodical review information on equipment performance.
  • Foster a culture of excellence and customer-first service relationship.

Qualifications

  • Electronic, Robotics or Electro-mechanic college degree.
  • 5 years + of experience as FST position.
  • Demonstrate leadership and maintain higher customer satisfaction standards.
  • Experience with pneumatic and robotics systems, troubleshooting and repair an asset.
  • Experience with complex electronic control systems, troubleshooting and repair an asset.
  • Experience in healthcare or pharmaceutical industry is an asset.
  • Experience with Hospital Automation and healthcare automation is an asset.
  • Capacity to learn and understand the functions of McKesson APS equipment and apply learnings.
  • Employee will be using his own vehicle.
  • Excellent interpersonal customer service skills and ability to communicate effectively with individuals from varied backgrounds.
  • Relevant front line, field based technical customer service work experience a clear asset.
  • Good written and verbal communication skills
  • Demonstrated ability to manage multiple competing priorities in a time critical environment in an organized and effective manner.
  • Demonstrate a Customer First, team-oriented, positive attitude.
  • Must be autonomous; demonstrate initiative and the ability to work with minimal supervision.
  • Ability to work independently in the field.
  • Capability to work with team members in various departments to achieve departmental goals and to resolve internal and external customer issues in a timely manner.
  • Must have and keep a valid driving license.


Working Conditions

  • Position requires frequent travel within a region and occasionally anywhere within Canada.
  • Availability after hours and weekends for on call support and installations as required (frequent)
  • Depending on location, home based job opportunity
  • Must be physically able to move large boxes and equipment weighing up to 30Kg as well as perform installation work in cabinetry and elevated spaces as needed.

As part of Total Rewards, we are proud to offer a competitive compensation package at McKesson. This is determined by several factors, including performance, experience and skills, equity, regular job market evaluations, and geographical markets. In addition to base pay, other compensation, such as an annual bonus or long-term incentive opportunities may be offered.

Our Base Pay Range for this position

$54,900 - $91,500
