Build, develop and manage GEN AI product from strategy, to design, to optimization, across every channel and touchpoint, with expertise in every domain ? creating a seamless experience across the customer lifecycle

?Participate in requirements analysis.

?Collaborate with internal teams to produce software design and architecture

?Write clean, scalable code using .NET programming languages

?Test and deploy applications and systems

?Revise, update, refactor and debug code

?Improve existing software

?Develop documentation throughout the software development life cycle (SDLC).

?Experience in working with AI/NLP platform for building chatbots Experience with any one of the technology (JavaScript, Node.js, or Python)

?Interact with various teams at the client site, develop and integrate ChatBots to various channels like FB, Twitter, Mobile App, Websites, etc.

1) The individual will be accountable for the managing GEN AI products/Tool across the assigned portfolio of accounts within DWS.

2) Serve as an expert on applications and provide technical support before OEM
