Your role

In the role of Technology Lead, you will interface with key stakeholders and apply your technical proficiency across different stages of the Software Development Life Cycle including Requirements Elicitation, Application Architecture definition and Design. You will play an important role in creating the high level design artifacts. You will also deliver high quality code deliverables for a module, lead validation for all types of testing and support activities related to implementation, transition and warranty. Required
• Hands-on experience with Dell PowerProtect Data Manager (PPDM)
• Experience in designing data protection solutions for enterprise environments
• Experience in implementing PowerProtect solutions for multiple platforms
• Experience in installing / configuring / managing PowerProtect appliances
• Experience in database backups integrations with PPDM, RMAN & MS SQL
• Good understanding of VMware virtualization
• Implementing PowerProtect proxy appliances for image backups with VMware
• Patch/update/upgrade PowerProtect virtual appliances
• Performance analysis, proactive troubleshooting and capacity planning skills for Data Protection environment
• Good knowledge on ITSM processes, Incident/Change/Problem management
• Good Communication & presentation skills
• Critical thinking, troubleshooting skills with ability to determine problems and act without supervision
