Technology Operations Analyst (MAC/Apple SME)

In this role, you will:

• Participate in initiatives and identify opportunities for technology operations
• Evaluate basic or tactical challenges that require research and evaluation
• Provide centralized command and control for major incident management, ensuring teams focus first on restoring business services
• Review, analyze and escalate issues from key metric analysis, event monitors, reported service deviations, and documented changes
• Develop knowledge business cycles and capabilities to assess the impact of technology events on the business and other support areas
• Reduce the impact of application and infrastructure failures on business delivery
• Engage various teams of trouble-shooters to assess system health and issues
• Present recommendations for resolving more complex situations
• Provide information to functional colleagues, internal partners and stakeholders

Required Qualifications:

• 2+ years of Technology Operations experience, or equivalent demonstrated through one or a combination of the following: work experience, training, and education

Desired Qualifications:

• Working experience in Windows Platform, VDI, VMWare, Citrix, CloudPC, Windows 365, Office 365, Basics on Network Architecture. Network Structured Cabling and Service Now
• Working experience with Apple MacOS, MacBook and other Mac devices
• Working experience on IT Service Management
• Possess Azure. MS365, ITIL, Apple and other certification will be a plus.
• Skilled in interpersonal relationships, teaching, planning and communication.

Job Expectations:

• Engineer with advance level of System administration skills encompassing physical and virtual platform. A fair awareness on networks. Provides technical support associated with operating systems and applications. Actively involved in the Incident Management and fair knowledge on problem management methodologies. As an escalation point for operating system support and troubleshooting, provides guidance and direction to L1 and L2 staff in resolution of escalated issues and/or complex production, application or system problems. Be part of internal projects in terms of execution, interacting with stakeholders and maintaining required documentation and handover. Assures quality and compliance requirements are met as per the required standards defined by Wells Fargo International Solutions Private Limited.
• Amenable to work 24x7x365 Shifting Schedule and onsite (Taguig)
• Perform other duties as assigned
