Job Description

• Design, execute, and document non-regression and sanity tests to ensure software quality.
• Utilize advanced skills in Excel and VBA to support testing activities and data analysis.
• Leverage SQL expertise to validate and analyze database operations during testing.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams in an agile environment to align testing with project goals.
• Adhere to ITIL best practices to support service management and incident resolution.
• Communicate findings and propose solutions effectively to stakeholders in both French and English.
• Continuously adapt to new tools, methodologies, and assignments in a fast-paced environment.

Qualifications

Technical Skills:

• Proficiency in Excel and VBA (advanced level).
• Advanced knowledge of SQL for testing and data validation.
• Experience in conducting non-regression and sanity tests.

Transversal Skills:

• Familiarity with Agile methodologies and the ability to work in agile teams.
• Practical knowledge of ITIL for IT service management.

Soft Skills:

• Strong client orientation with a high sense of service.
• Autonomy and initiative to handle tasks independently.
• Adaptability to shifting priorities and new challenges.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
