Test Engineer

Job Description :

• As a Tosca test automation DI tester, your primary responsibility will be to ensure the quality and reliability of Migration DB testing environments using the Tosca DI test cases and support functional testing
• Test Planning and Execution: Collaborate with Functional teams and stakeholders to understand E2E requirements and design comprehensive test cases. Execute test cases to validate Database during the database migration.
• Bug Identification and Reporting: Analyze test results, identify defects, and report issues using Jira to triage teams. Work closely with triage team to resolve bugs and verify fixes.
• Test Automation: Identify opportunities to automate testing processes using Tosca. Design and implement automated test scripts to improve efficiency and reliability. Design regression test cases, integrate with Qtest and execute.
• Reporting: Reporting test results to functional testing team. Generate reports summarizing test findings, including defect triage details and publish.

Requirements:

? Proven experience as a Tosca test automation DI engineer.

? Strong knowledge in SQL Queries and expertise in Tosca test Automation with DI,

? Proficiency in designing and executing DI test plans, test cases, and test scripts.

? Technical expertise in ETL testing, willingness to learn new tools/ technologies, ability to quickly understand business requirements and put them into TOSCA automation scripts.

? Experience with bug tracking systems and collaboration tools (Qtest, Jira, Confluence).

? Ability to test features on both Android and iOS platforms using Sauce Labs.

Must have:

? Good Knowledge on Tosca DI automation testing

? Strong knowledge in Oracle SQL

? Certified in TOSCA AS1 & AS2

Good to have:

? Exposure to agile methodology

? Experience with other testing tools and frameworks (e.g., Postman) is a plus.

? Familiarity with sauce labs or other cloud-based testing platforms is a plus. Experience with sauce labs will be considered as an added advantage.
