Test Engineer(Contract)

• OHCM Support (P1,P2 and P3 Tickets)
• Business Critical Requirements ( Both new development as well as support/Enhancements to the existing requirements)
• Tesco maintenance Project.
• Barclay's Bank Implementation
• Zendesk Technical Support
• QPB (Quarterly Patch Bundle) Changes

Roles & Responsibilities :

• Involved in P1,P2 and P3 Tickets and Issue resolution as per committed timeline.
• Complex report creation for Business critical requirements with accuracy.
• Providing Demo to the client with end to end test scripts on new development.
• Technical development for the Business critical requirements.
• Creating/Enhancements on the Annual performance/Bonus letters and creating the Payroll Patterns for automating the process
• Provide best solutions to the product.
• Finalizing the best approaches to the product during refinements to get best results.
• Maintaining detailed documentation on all activities.
