Great Hill is seeking a Test Planner at Camp H. Smith in Halawa, HI. The objective of this work is to support the evaluation and development of practices and procedures with data related management to support Combatant Commands in determining real time, mission critical decisions. 

Roles and Responsibilities include, but are not limited to:

Developing, testing, and evaluating tactics, techniques, and procedures (TTP) comprised of JSN (Joint Sustainment Network) procedures, data architecture, and decision processes that will enable Combatant Commands to see, understand, direct, and synchronize theater sustainment operations.

Basic Qualifications:

• Expertise in developing test concept, test scenarios, test products, identifying candidate test venues, and documenting resource requirements.
• Experience conducting research and coordination, writing program test plans, and developing detailed test plans.
• Requires 4 to 10 years of experience in test planning.
• Active Secret security clearance. 

Desired Skills:

• Previous experience with Joint Test & Evaluation or operational testing.
