Testing Specialist

Job Posting:

YOUR RESPONSIBILITIES WILL INCLUDE:

Include but not limited to

1. Review and approve test reports from nominated third party labs, provide technical comment and risk assessment, follow up with vendors, sourcing team and QA team for any test failure and testing related enquiry.

2. Ensure all vendors and suppliers follow testing procedure and all testing is done in accordance with Performance Testing Manuals.

3. Develop and maintain new test methods, testing protocols and SOP preparation.

4. Deliver training to internal and/or external stakeholders when needed.

5. Participate in seasonal product line review, provide technical insights, risk assessment and corrective/ preventive recommendation to prevent foreseeable product compliance risk.

6. Troubleshoot problems and capable of tracking down problems to their root cause with SMART and 5W1H principles.

7. Analyze vendor and supplier performance, and prepare analytical reports to line manager in regular basis.

8. Perform regular analysis of internal laboratory and third party laboratory performance and seek for continuous improvement.

9. Assist line manager to collaborate with Brands, Global Procurement, and Sourcing associates in new material and product development.

10. Support any ad-hoc project and case study.
