En tant que spécialiste du support de niveau 1, vous fournirez un service de classe mondiale à nos clients. Vous répondez aux demandes de renseignements, aux problèmes techniques et aux suggestions des clients. Vous contribuerez à leur offrir une expérience précieuse et mémorable.

Ce poste vous obligera à travailler le week-end, pour assurer le support pendant que le reste de l'équipe est hors ligne.

Your responsibilities will include:

  • RĂ©pondez aux tickets d'assistance et aux demandes de renseignements par tĂ©lĂ©phone, e-mail et chat en direct
  • Travailler avec diligence avec les clients en fournissant des mises Ă  jour rĂ©gulières sur les tickets et les problèmes ouverts
  • Communiquez Ă©troitement avec le niveau de support 2 pour dĂ©panner et rĂ©soudre les problèmes
  • Aide Ă  l'assurance qualitĂ© concernant les bugs et les nouvelles fonctionnalitĂ©s, tester exclusivement les fonctionnalitĂ©s de la plateforme
  • Aide Ă  gĂ©rer la base de connaissances pour aider les clients Ă  trouver des rĂ©ponses aux questions frĂ©quemment posĂ©es
  • ĂŠtre passionnĂ© par le fait de rendre nos clients heureux
  • ĂŠtre ouvert Ă  porter plusieurs chapeaux avec une volontĂ© de soutenir tous les membres de l'Ă©quipe Odaseva
  • ĂŠtre prĂŞt Ă  apporter son soutien 24 heures sur 24, 7 jours sur 7, y compris la nuit et le week-end

You will bring:

  • 2 Ă  3 ans d'expĂ©rience dans la rĂ©solution de problèmes techniques pour les clients dans un environnement de support, idĂ©alement pour une entreprise SaaS
  • ExpĂ©rience dans l'Ă©tablissement et la construction de relations clients durables et/ou d'une expĂ©rience de support client
  • CapacitĂ© Ă  effectuer plusieurs tâches Ă  la fois entre les appels, les e-mails et les dossiers ouverts pour rĂ©soudre les problèmes
  • CapacitĂ© Ă  prospĂ©rer dans des dĂ©lais serrĂ©s
  • A l'aise pour prĂ©senter des idĂ©es en interne et aux parties traduisent du client
  • Excellentes compĂ©tences en gestion du temps et des prioritĂ©s
  • Excellentes compĂ©tences en communication
  • Une expĂ©rience Salesforce est un plus
