Tooling Technician

主要职责

• 进行冲压现场模具维修及冲床操作

• 按时完成模具的保养及维护并及时完成冲压模具维修记录

• 协助产线解决模具问题

• 提高冲压模具的单位产能，满足订单出货的需求

• 确保工作过程的安全操作及现场5S维护与改进

岗位要求

• 了解汽车连接器端子的基本结构及基本功能

• 熟悉高速冲压连续模，8年以上精密冲压模具维修和组立试模经验, 有德式模组两片式模具维修经验优先

• 模具维修观念较强, 修模思路清晰，有独立见解，能够根据产品异常现象判断分析原因并提供改善方案

• 能看懂模具图纸 ，熟悉模具动作原理

• 熟练操作Aida/ Bruderer 冲床

• 有较强的团队合作精神，能服从领导工作安排

• 沟通能力强，服从主管的安排

• 能够适应加班或倒班的工作安排
