We are looking for a Total Rewards Associate to join our US People Team based and work on enhancing our employees' experience by effectively managing benefits, payroll and equity compensation!
What you will focus on:
- Benefits Administration
- Coordinate and manage the enrollment, modification, and termination processes for various employee benefits programs, including health insurance, global benefit plans, and wellness initiatives.
- Partner with Blueground leaders to build and maintain a well - rounded benefits administration process.
- Collaborate with benefits providers to ensure accurate and timely communication of benefit changes and updates to employees.
Payroll Administration
- Process accurate and timely payroll for employees, ensuring compliance with relevant regulations and company policies.
- Collaborate with Finance and Accounting teams to reconcile payroll discrepancies and address any issues as they arise.
- Address employee inquiries related to payroll , serving as a knowledgeable point of contact for resolution
Equity Compensation Administration
- Manage the administration of equity compensation plans, including stock options and other equity-based incentive systems.
- Oversee the accurate recording and maintenance of equity grants, exercises, and vesting schedules within the Shareworks platform.
- Collaborate closely with legal and finance departments to ensure seamless compliance with all regulatory obligations tied to equity compensation.
- Serve as the primary administrator for the Shareworks platform, including user management, system updates, and issue resolution.
- Provide training and support to employees regarding equity compensation processes, including how to navigate the Shareworks platform effectively.
What we are looking for:
- BSc in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field. Relevant certifications (e.g., Certified Compensation Professional, Certified Payroll Professional) are a plus.
- Previous experience (3-5 years) in benefits administration and or payroll processing.
- Excellent analytical skills to assess data, identify trends, and provide actionable insights.
- Effective communication skills to interact with employees, benefits providers, and cross-functional teams.
- Proficient use of Excel and Google Suite
- A hands-on, builder attitude with the self-motivation to launch and own new initiatives
- Willingness to take on the challenges of a fast paced and innovative environment
- Quickly analyze, incorporate and apply new information and concepts
