The Opportunity:
Travel Industry Sales Coordinator
Who We Look For:
Four Seasons Resort Orlando at Walt Disney World Resort is seeking a Travel Industry Sales Coordinator who shares our passion to deliver the finest service experience to our guests. This position reports to the Director of Sales. The position will support the Director of Travel Industry Sales and the Travel Industry Sales Managers by performing administrative duties such as correspondence with travel agencies as assigned, assistance in special needs by clients, record keeping, travel expenses, financial projects and other duties as assigned. Must be able to handle high-pressure office with many projects at one time in a highly professional manner.
Essential Functions:

Assist with site visits as needed
-
Help coordinate details of upcoming FAM trips
-
Carefully monitor sales glitches and assist with follow up
-
Set up direct billing with accounts as needed (wholesale and wire transfers for international agents)

Trace amenities and write welcome cards for all VIPs and Preferred Partner reservations

Responsible for all cross communication to resort on all VIP bookings (sends out HOT Sheets and coordinates with the Guest Experience Team)

Prepare monthly expense reports
-
Prepare travel expense reports as requested
Minimum Qualifications:
-
College education preferred
-
Minimum of 1 year experience as an administrative assistant in a hospitality-driven team environment.
-
Excellent reading, writing & oral proficiency in the English language.
-
Exceptional organizational skills.
Attention to detail.
-
Ability to multitask while staying focused on all details.
-
Must be able to type 40 wpm.
-
Required clerical responsibilities include typing, filing, scanning, photocopying.

Able to handle a large volume of telephone calls in an efficient and courteous manner
-
Proficient in MS Word, Excel, Internet, Outlook, and ability to learn Golden Sales & Catering (i.e. Delphi).

Work well under pressure, requires multitasking and being a team player

Strategic thinker
A successful candidate will have a flexible schedule, and the ability to work weekends and holidays. Must be fluent in English and possess legal work authorization in the United States.
