Job Description
We are looking for an excellent Travel Manager to handle all aspects of business travel, manage travel arrangements, organize and monitor travel expenses and look out for the well-being of our business travelers. You will be the go-to person for any relevant matter from booking tickets to reconciling expenses and ensuring travel safety. If you add excellent interpersonal skills, organizational ability and a great deal of professionalism, then you’re someone we’d like to meet.
The goal is to ensure employee travel is safe and organized according to the company policies.
Responsibilities:
- Handle and oversee all travel arrangements (air, lodgings, visas, insurances etc.) and operations for Miratech personnel worldwide
- Participate in event arrangements: conferences, retreats, team buildings, etc
- Manage relationships with travel agencies and vendors, including but not limited to: hotels, travel booking tools
- Provide advice on travel documents, insurance etc.
- Handle rewards programs and charges
- Process expense reports and handle reimbursements
- Ensure compliance in all aspects of travel policies and procedures
- Suggest improvement and innovation in travel programs
- Manage credit card operations
Qualifications
- 2+ years of experience as a corporate travel managerÂ
- Minimum upper intermediate level of English
- Knowledge of expense reporting and processing
- Working knowledge of MS OfficeÂ
- Strong organizational skills and attention to detailÂ
- Strong communication and negotiation skillsÂ
- Good time-management skills
- Ability to multi-task
