Role: Traveller Support Specialist (Bilingual) 
EF Division: EF Educational Tours Canada 
Office Location: Toronto, ON  
Experience Level: Entry-Level  
Start Date: August 3rd, 2021 

*In accordance with public health guidance, all of our staff are currently working from home until September 8, 2021 at which point we look forward to returning in-person at our Canadian Headquarters located in Toronto, ON. However, while we work from home, our EF culture still runs strong. From virtual happy hours, group workout classes, and collaborative technology, we'll make sure you can stay close to your colleagues - even from home.

The Role 

We'll be counting on you to: 

  • Clearly and concisely command inbound phone and email communication 
  • Work with sales and operations teams to anticipate and resolve problems on behalf of customers 
  • Recognize great customer service and strive to provide it each day 
  • Manage and complete multiple high-priority responsibilities on a daily basis 
  • Be willing to enthusiastically take on new projects at any time 
  • Collaborate within regional teams to perform day-to-day account maintenance to ensure a beautiful customer experience
