Treasury Analyst

GENERAL POSITION SUMMARY

The position will support the Treasury, Sale Audit functions, including daily banking, cash forecasting, execution of FX transaction, debt transactions including covenant compliance, support banking relationships, account management, and oversight of the daily and month end reconciliation of tender transactions to the bank accounts and general ledger.

Job Duties and Responsibilities:

• Develop and provide cash forecasts to Finance leadership
• Provide support for the sales audit function and accounts payable
• Maintain integrity and accuracy of the general ledger and subsidiary ledgers including the Cash accounts, Credit Card activity, customer deposits, chargeback/fraud activity, accounts payable, GRIR, and Sales accounts
• Support banking relationships including managing the ABL activities and Letters of Credit and related compliance
• Review and prepare management reports and analysis
• Review and perform reconciliations on a daily, weekly and monthly basis
• Manage Store Banking Setup, including Merchant ID's and Bank Accounts
• Research and resolve problems stemming from sales audit and AP functions
• Oversee customer refunds process
• Oversee returned checks processing, including submittal to vendor for reimbursement
• Review journal entries for month end close
• Review and approve Reconciliations for month-end close
• Supervise and develop direct reports to ensure completion of daily tasks and enhance their performance and work product
• Recommend process improvement opportunities to increase efficiency within the group

• Excellent interpersonal skills with experience collaborating with multiple departments on projects, implementations, training, etc.
• Ability to independently troubleshoot and solve problems, analyze, plan, lead, and manage projects.
• Ability to manage multiple tasks in a high-volume, fast-paced environment.
• Ability to analyze financial reports
• Ability to influence others, with/out the benefit of authority
