RESPONSIBILITIES
The U3000 Implementation Manager on the Client Operations Team has the following key responsibilities:
Installation • Manage account installation for an assigned book of business for clients within the Select Segment. • Present implementation plans to clients, brokers for new and renewing business.• Partner with Sales and client to obtain critical information necessary for account set-up. • Facilitate critical Installation meetings with Sales and/or Client to understand and execute on client's plan interpretation and Cigna's service with respect to benefit plans and administrative capabilities.• Ensure technical experts are introduced to client as appropriate and partner with internal matrix partners to ensure timely and accurate implementations.• Manage Implementation calendar to ensure timely and accurate installation.• Coordination of ePro/CIT Prep Tool, Benefit Summaries, SBCs, Structure documents, and work order with Work Order team as applicable.• Surface, negotiate and resolve all issues relative to implementation, process, plan design and timing of deliverables. • Coordinate/Educate functional areas on processes and workflows critical to install.• Facilitate partnership with vendors.
Benefits Administration • Partner with the Sales Executive to obtain & maintain benefit source documents including Benefit Summaries and SBCs.• Oversee non-standard benefit submissions to PBAB to ensure all interrelated benefits coordinate to meet client expectations.• Own downstream Client Benefit Intent consistency/accuracy through the Work Order Critique process.• Act as a benefits expert and consults with Sales on benefits as needed.
Coordination• Lead an internal team of subject matter experts within Cigna to execute overall strategy for client. Manages issues through and owns resolution.• Ensure effective coordination between internal partners (i.e. Benefit Access, Plan Automation, Eligibility, Structure, ID Card Unit, etc.).• Serve as internal liaison for all functional teams during case installation or conversion to resolve issues.• Coordination of Installation including Call Ready, Claim Ready, Structure Build, Work Order Team (if applicable), Eligibility & Eligibility calls, ID setup, Banking calls, Billing calls, Bill Setup, and Work Order Critique Form.• Resolution of issues from PRF and Claim Warranty period; resolution of issues impacting customer and financial installation/service.• Assess the effectiveness of the implementation process and recommend/implement improvements as necessary• Direct the need for Claim Holds and Releases to production roles.
QUALIFICATIONS
• High School Diploma or GED required, Bachelor's Degree preferred.
• 3+ years of experience in the Healthcare Industry, Pharmacy, or PBM highly preferred.
• Minimum of 2 years customer service experience required.
• Strong analytical skills to effectively problem-solve complex issues to resolution.
• Expert focus on establishing matrix partner relationships and working collaboratively while managing expectations for mutually acceptable solutions.
• Experience with software and system-based applications to manage book of business installation activities and business requirements.
• Solid verbal and written communication skills to effectively communicate and interact with all levels and functions within the organization.
• Strong presentation skills for interacting externally with clients and brokers in the marketplace.
• High level of initiative and self-directedness to successfully manage multiple, divergent priorities and deadlines.
• Demonstrated success in negotiations and ability to influence internal/external constituencies.
• Proven leadership and motivational skills in a fast-paced environment.
• Demonstrated interpersonal skills.
If you will be working at home occasionally or permanently, the internet connection must be obtained through a cable broadband or fiber optic internet service provider with speeds of at least 10Mbps download/5Mbps upload.
For this position, we anticipate offering an annual salary of 51,300 - 85,500 USD / yearly, depending on relevant factors, including experience and geographic location.
This role is also anticipated to be eligible to participate in an annual bonus plan.
