UI Designer

WHO WE ARE LOOKING FOR

Duda is looking for an outstanding UI Designer to join our design studio team.

Duda is a leading responsive website builder for digital marketing agencies, SaaS companies, hosting companies, online directories, and all web professionals who serve small businesses. Focusing on speeding up the site-building process and providing one-of-a-kind website personalization tools for maximum customer conversions, Duda is dedicated to bringing enterprise-level technology to all.

This person will report to the Head of Marketing Design and will be responsible for leading design initiatives across the marketing design team with a focus on Customer Success, including developing and transforming our visual identity into effective user experiences. You will also create visual assets for education courses, videos, and web pages.

WHAT YOU WILL DO

• Own the end-to-end designs for Customer Success from idea to completion.
• Create user experience and design concepts that digitally reflect our brand purpose for the intended audience.
• Create UI-centric design comps, interaction models, UI animations, interactive prototypes, and visual design specs.
• Partner with UI/UX Designers and front-end developers to bring your ideas to life.
• Identify, advocate for, and own design-driven projects and initiatives that have cross-team impact.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to understand the business needs and translate goals into effective designs.

WHO YOU ARE

• At least 2 years of experience as a UI designer, specializing in web and mobile design.
• Detail-oriented with a keen sense of aesthetics.
• Communicate design direction for solving users’ problems from concept to implementation.
• Fluent in Figma and Adobe Suite.
• Very good written and spoken communication skills in English.
• Team player, creative, and passionate about exploring new stuff and UI design trends.
• Experience working with a globally distributed team is a plus.
• Building user flows, wireframes, and designs - an advantage.
• Experience with Principal / After Effects - an advantage.
• Knowledge of HTML and CSS – an advantage.

Based in Palo Alto, California, with offices in Louisville, Colorado; Tel Aviv, Israel; London, UK; Manila, Philippines; Florianópolis, Brazil.  

Please note: We appreciate both in-person collaboration and the benefits of remote work. Aiming to balance these aspects, our offices operate on a hybrid model. You will work from the office on Tuesday, Wednesday, and Thursday and from home on Monday and Friday.
