About the Job

Bose a seeking a rockstar to join our band. An experienced, high caliber sales individual to lead our strategic partnership with our regional, military, and musical instruments channels. An inspirational sales leader who embodies the DNA of our brand:

Responsibilities:

  • Employing a consultative and challenger selling skillset to build long-term relationships with key customers.
  • Lead and motivate an experienced, high performing sales team to exceed set goals.
  • Strategically negotiate and influence at the senior management level internally and externally
  • Operationally experienced to navigate all facets of a commercial relationship with retailers.
  • Strong financial acumen and intelligent negotiation skills to drive a mutually winning P&L
  • Able to speak and influence reseller language on customer & data obsession.
  • Able to use data and analytics, creating full transparency on Bose economics on consumer level and able to prepare negotiations with superior insights.
  • Able to leverage full power of brands (portfolio & innovation) to ensure the best contractual terms and sell-out performance for Bose
  • Engages customers as a thought partner for joint innovation in product, technology & service to redefine customer experience in the category.
  • Defining, owning, and executing the account strategy in line with Bose Long Range Vision
  • Mastery at influencing and building cross functional relationships to support a successful account strategy
  • Coordinating with other channel lead on developing strategies and new prospects for the region
  • Critical to collaborate outside of immediate team and influence cross functional partners.
  • Ensuring priorities for the account at executive leadership level are informing regional market strategies and harmonized channel management.
  • Manages a team of four experienced Account Manager's on day-to-day account coordination and has intense understanding of market landscape and competition knowledge.
  • Advises executive leadership on key trends in regional market and prospects for growth

Competencies:

  • Strong ability to develop long-term relationships with customer C-suite, Bose cross functional and executive leaders.
  • Specific US consumer electronics retailer experience and strong credible relationships at senior level is preferred.
  • Strong understanding of data and analytics capabilities at Bose
  • Strong understanding of customer buying process that enables effective management of opportunity pipeline for each account with a sell through mindset
  • Strong understanding of customer's business needs and strategies and how to align KPI and find win: win.
  • Strong understanding of industry, CE business and technology across Bose's technology portfolio
  • Proven track record for negotiating and profitably growing businesses.
