Position Summary...

What you'll do...

As a member of the Delivery Compliance team, you will support the development, implementation, and maturation of the Delivery Compliance Program. You will help develop, implement, and execute compliance monitoring to support execution of regulatory requirements for delivery network companies.

The Delivery Compliance team is responsible for the governance, collaboration, risk identification, and compliance program implementation within the delivery business segment, which includes independent gig workers on the Spark platform, delivery as a service, and drone delivery.

What you'll do:

  • Prepare reports for leadership related to risk indicators and that show trends or developing risks in delivery compliance and data on program effectiveness.
  • Conduct monitoring/QA for compliance program execution, including regulatory requirements for delivery network companies.
  • Oversee process documentation, report generation and coordinate the implementation of polices, processes or workflows.
  • Conduct regular reviews and updates of processes to reflect changes in regulations, company policies, and industry best practices.
  • Manage compliance monitoring through third party vendors and report results/KRIs/KPIs to key stakeholders and leadership.

What you'll bring:

  • Bachelor's degree in operational management, compliance, legal, privacy, or related field and 2 years' experience in compliance, ethics, legal, internal audit, or related area OR 4 years' experience in compliance, ethics, legal, internal audit, or related area.
  • Experience at a delivery network company is preferred.
  • You have effective communication skills with an ability to interact with a variety of stakeholders and partners.
  • You have experience conducting compliance quality assurance monitoring.
  • You are organized, disciplined, and can manage multiple initiatives simultaneously.

The annual salary range for this position is $80,000.00-$155,000.00

Additional compensation includes annual or quarterly performance bonuses.

Minimum Qualifications...

Bachelor's degree in Business, Human Resources, or related field and 2 years' experience in compliance, ethics, legal, project management, or related area OR 4 years' experience in compliance, ethics, legal, project management, or related area.
2 years' experience using intermediate functionality of Microsoft Office.
