ARHS Group – part of Accenture is looking for an experienced Usability Specialist for one of its clients in Brussels, a key player in the Belgian Health Insurance domain.

Your profile

Communication:

• Strong verbal and written communication skills to communicate effectively with diverse stakeholders.
• Listening skills to accurately understand user needs and feedback.
• Good knowledge of English & Dutch. Knowledge of French would be considered an asset

Empathy:

• Ability to empathize with the end users and understand their perspective.

Problem-solving skills:

• Analytical thinking skills to identify and solve complex usage problems.

Collaboration:

• Experience working in large projects with more complex, multidisciplinary teams, including designers, developers, and product managers.
• Team player who is open to feedback and can also give constructive feedback to others.

Creativity and Innovation:

• Ability to propose innovative solutions and ideas to improve the user experience.
• Experience in the healthcare sector can be a great advantage, given the specific requirements and regulations within this sector.

Flexibility:

• Willingness to work on both desktop and mobile projects, including mobile applications.

Technical skills

User Research:

• In-depth knowledge of qualitative and quantitative research methods.
• Experience with user research such as interviews, focus groups, user tests, and surveys.
• Data analysis and interpretation skills to gain actionable insights from research data.

UX Tools and Software:

• Experience with organizational UX work for large projects.
• Proficiency in using UX research and testing tools.
• Knowledge of wireframing and prototyping tools such as Figma
• Experience with analytical tools such as Google Analytics, Hotjar, ...

Information Architecture and Wireframing:

• Understanding of information architecture principles and the ability to create wireframes and mockups.

Reporting and Presentation:

• Skill in drafting clear and concise research reports.
• Presentation skills to communicate research results and recommendations to stakeholders.
