Target Range:

$70,000.00 /Yr. - $80,000.00 /Yr.

Actual starting pay will vary based on factors including, but not limited to, geographic location, experience, skills, specialty, and education.

Eligible for an Annual Discretionary Cash Bonus Target: 10%

Eligible for an Annual Discretionary Restricted Stock Units Bonus Target: 10%

These discretionary target bonuses may be awarded semi-annually based upon your achievement of performance goals and targets.

About This Job

As a UX Designer at Axos Bank, you will play a crucial role in designing and optimizing the user experience of our digital products. You will collaborate with cross-functional teams, including product managers, developers, and marketers, to create user-centric solutions that meet both user needs and business goals.
This position is on-site and located at our office in Overland Park, KS.

Responsibilities:

• Conduct user research to understand user behaviors, needs, and pain points
• Create user personas, user journeys, and user flows to inform design decisions
• Develop wireframes, prototypes, and high-fidelity mockups to visualize and communicate design concepts
• Collaborate with developers to ensure the implementation of user-friendly interfaces
• Conduct usability testing and gather feedback for iterative improvements
• Stay updated on industry trends and best practices in UX design
• Advocate for a user-centered design approach within the organization
• Analyze user cases and survey data to identify improvement and remediation areas, conducting research plans and constructing empathy maps

Qualifications:

• Bachelor's degree in UX design, HCI, a related field or equivalent experience
• 2+ years' as a UX Designer with a strong portfolio showcasing your work
• Proficiency in design tools such as Figma, Sketch, or Adobe XD
• Strong understanding of user-centered design principles
• Excellent communication and collaboration skills
• Ability to work in an agile development environment
