Position Overview: Entrust is looking for a UX Product Designer with a proven record and experience leading UX/UI designs for B2C/B2B SaaS buying experiences. We are looking for someone with hands-on design and research skills that deliver results. The primary responsibility at this role will be to transform customer insights into user experiences that are intuitive, simple, engaging, and resulting in a seamless buyer journey. This will cover both customer-facing (mostly) and employee-facing web applications. The ideal candidate is a communicator who partners easily across functions with the ability to provide actionable recommendations in a fast paced delivery cycle.

How you will make an impact:

Responsibilities:

• Responsible for driving the vision and execution of the end-to-end self-service buying experience at Entrust
• Facilitate collaborative brainstorming sessions to gather a variety of perspectives and build shared ownership across teams
• Follow and incorporate corporate brandling and web accessibility guidelines in all design and experiences
• Collaborate with marketing and product teams to ensure a cohesive user experience
• Partner with data analysts to acquire data insights on users behavior such as heatmap, conversion funnel and others
• Take broad, conceptual ideas and turn them into something useful and valuable for our customers
• Drive thought leadership in design thinking and human-centered design, working closely with various business stakeholders
• Create user-centered wireframes, flow diagrams, prototypes, etc., to identify opportunities, communicate, and deliver design ideas and solutions for various digital experiences
• Work with developers to support the implementation of UI/UX principles and best practices across digital platforms to meet corporate brand expectations
• Take a user-centered design approach and rapidly test and iterate your designs
• Make strategic design and user-experience decisions related to core, and new, functions and features supported with data insights and trends
• Ensure design plans incorporate well with user testing and validation of the documented experiences
• Produce design artifacts to illustrate ideas, validate hypotheses, and ensure we build to the highest quality level possible
• Ensure quality experience by participating in the user acceptance testing process as needed
• Conduct comprehensive user research to gather valuable insights, best practices, and a deep understanding of user needs, goals, and behaviors
• Deliver against target KPIs through continuous innovation, testing, and scaling of winning experiments

Partnerships:

• You partner across functions to understand business impact on various experiences
• You partner with our branding team to ensure experiences are following corporate branding guidelines
• You work closely with the eCommerce team to implement and evolve the company buying patterns and components for our consumer-facing website(s)
• You partner with various internal systems owners to integrate UI/UX best practices in internal applications to improve employee experience
• You partner with Product Managers, Program Managers, System Analysts and other teams during the planning and development cycle for various programs
• You partner with technology leaders to understand current and future capabilities

Basic Qualifications:

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent
• 5+ years of experience designing digital experience
• 3+ years of industry experience in analysis, design, and documentation of B2B or B2C eCommerce
• Visual prototyping and wireframing experience using Figma
• Proven ability to deliver research and design work on time while working on multiple projects
• Must be able to lawfully work within the US and have unrestricted work authorization
• Demonstrated deep understanding of mobile-first and responsive design
• Ability to conduct research and/or collect feedback from and communicate effectively with internal stakeholders and customers
• Ability to translate complex interactions and processes into simple, intuitive experiences
• Ability to operate effectively in a fast paced, deadline-driven environment
• Experience providing design direction for digital experiences
• Previous experience discovering and sharing findings with executives
• Ability to prioritize and manage several milestones and projects efficiently.

Preferred Qualifications:

• Knowledge of behavior analytics on both desktop and mobile web applications
• Knowledge of ecommerce analytics, including Google Analytics and other industry-standard web analytics platforms, Monetate, Syte, Tangiblee, A/B Tasty, Content Square etc
• Prior experience with Adobe Commerce or similar e-commerce platforms
• Practical experience with HTML, CSS, GitHub, Bootstrap, JQuery and JavaScript, or other tools for rapid prototyping
• Prior design experience supporting headless e-commerce architecture
