Job Description

As Sia Partners grows its commitment to CSR and Environment, Social and Government (ESG), we are looking for a CSR Specialist to support the internal dimension of our firm’s Consulting for Good program.

Launched in 2019, Consulting for Good is Sia Partners' global CSR approach, by which we strive to integrate CSR into our culture, operations, and business (https://www.sia-partners.com/en/trending-insights/consulting-good). 

Working directly with the global Head of CSR, Diversity & Inclusion, the candidate will support the implementation of the global ESG roadmap, help drive awareness-building initiatives, and facilitate knowledge sharing worldwide. This work will entail collaboration with Sia Partners employees at multiple levels, in all regions of operation: North America, Europe & the UK, MENA, Asia, and Australia.

The social and environmental pillars of CSR will figure most prominently in this role.

Primary duties are as follow:

• Support the implementation of the global ESG strategy

• Coordinate with employee networks to facilitate awareness initiatives

• Global awareness periods (e.g. Pride Month, International Day for Persons with Disability, Earth Day)

• Organize internal events

• Contribute to CSR comms and collaterals

• Support content creation: English/French, original and/or translation

• Coordinate translation of ESG report

• Assist with ESG evaluations and certifications (e.g. Ecovadis)

Qualifications

The ideal candidate will be:

• Thorough and organized, with good time-management skills

• A team player

Language requirements :

• Fluency in English and French (C1-C2, spoken and written)

Additional Information

This position is only available through the Business France V.I.E. program. Applicants must meet the eligibility requirements of that program to be considered.

COMPENSATION 

This position is paid by Business France in accordance with its scale and on-site accommodation is provided (allowance).
