Job Description

We are seeking an experienced and dynamic Vice President of Financial Planning & Analysis (FP&A) 

to join our leadership team. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in both software and 

manufacturing industries, with a preference for those with telecommunications (telco) experience. 

This role is critical in driving the financial strategy, planning, and analysis to support our company's 

growth and operational efficiency.

What you'll do:

  • Strategic Financial Leadership: 
  • Lead the FP&A function, providing strategic financial insights and recommendations to the executive team. 
  • Develop and implement financial strategies that align with the company's goals and objectives. 
  • Financial Planning & Analysis: 
  • Oversee the annual budgeting process, quarterly forecasting, and long-term financial planning. 
  • Analyze financial performance, identify trends, and provide actionable insights to drive business decisions. 
  • Operational Efficiency: 
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to optimize financial processes and improve operational efficiency. 
  • Implement best practices in financial planning, reporting, and analysis. 
  • Business Partnering: 
  • Act as a strategic partner to business units, providing financial guidance and support. 
  • Work closely with stakeholders to understand their financial needs and challenges. 
  • Reporting & Compliance
  • Ensure accurate and timely financial reporting to internal and external stakeholders. 
  • Maintain compliance with financial regulations and standards. 
  • Team Leadership: 
  • Build and lead a high-performing FP&A team, fostering a culture of continuous improvement and professional development. 
  • Mentor and develop team members to achieve their full potential

What you should have:

  • Experience in the telecommunications industry.
  • Considerable experience in FP&A, with significant experience in both software and manufacturing industries. 
  • Proven track record of strategic financial leadership and business partnering. 
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to translate complex data into actionable insights. 
  • Excellent communication and presentation skills. 
  • Proficiency in financial software and tools.
