Job Description
RESPONSIBILITIES
- Develop and implement a comprehensive TA strategy aligned with Xsolla Holding Company’s goals and values
- Provide leadership, guidance, and development opportunities for TA teams globally
- Partner with senior leaders and hiring managers across XHC and operating companies globally to understand their hiring needs and develop effective recruitment strategies
- Partner with leadership to identify talent forecasting, trends, and placement strategies
- Partner with universities to develop internship programs for teams across XHC & its organizations
- Monitor and analyze TA metrics and trends to optimize recruitment processes and drive continuous improvement
- Develop succession planning initiatives
- Develop and maintain strong employer branding initiatives to enhance Xsolla’s regard in the marketplace as an employer of choiceImplement diversity, equity, and inclusion (DEI) initiatives to ensure an inclusive hiring process
- Manage and nurture hiring manager and leadership relationships across XHC and operating companies
REQUIREMENTS
- 8+ year’s experience in TA/recruiting, with a 5+ year focus on strategic recruitment and leadership positions
- Passionate with a keen eye for talent, well networked, and up to date on industry innovations with a data-driven mindset, strong business communications skills and a servant leader mentality
- Have a finger on the pulse of today’s innovative sourcing trends and able to implement throughout TA Proven ability to discover, organize and present relevant market data to plan sourcing strategies and influence key decisions
- Proven track record of developing and executing effective TA strategies in a fast-paced environment
- Experience managing holistic/global TA services within the video game, payments and/or ecommerce ecosystems - strong understanding of the unique needs and challenges of these industries as well as the competitive landscape
- Proficient in Google Suite, applicant tracking systems (ATS) such as Lever and other recruitment software such as LinkedIn Recruiter as well as global job boards such as Indeed, Monster, Job Street, etc.Â
- Ability to adapt to changing priorities and manage multiple projects simultaneously
- You have proficiency in Lever (ATS)
- You have payments, video game, or ecommerce industry experience
- You have worked at an organization with an entrepreneurial mindset
