Mounir & Julien launched Finary in 2021. Since then we have made great strides by reaching 250.000 users worldwide on App & Web (rated 4.8/5 stars). We genuinely care about user experience performance privacy and ease of use. We ship cutting-edge product with touches of delight. We are a diverse team of 40 individuals all builders at heart. Why now?

At Finary we see a world where investing empowers everybody to live the life they’ve always dreamt off. Finary exists to revolutionize the personal money management experience.

To fuel this mission we raised 15M€ and are backed by leading investors like Y Combinator and Speedinvest. We are also backed by world-class founders like Steve Anavi & Alexandre Prot (Qonto founders) Matthieu Rouif (Photoroom) or Eric Demuth (CEO Bitpanda). We also smashed the European crowdfunding speed record by raising 2.2M€ from our community in less than 20 minutes.

At Finary we live and breathe Product. Our mantra: shipping the minimum lovable product. We build delightful experiences that significantly improve the financial well-being of our users while moving at high speed.

For that we break complex problems into small items ship and iterate constantly. Our community loves that and provides valuable feedback as we polish Finary.

We believe the best products are a healthy mix of user research analytics and gut feeling. Talking to users & digging into analytics is part of our DNA. We don’t shy away from making bold bets and venturing into new unexplored territories.

About the role

The role of the VP Operations is to Finary runs smoothly day to day.

Your role is to conceive implement and maintain efficient daily operations to create a world-class quality product. You coordinate cross-functional teams support strategic planning and manage incidents and crises.

Additionally you monitor performance metrics foster a performant workplace culture and drive continuous improvement initiatives.

Effective communication with stakeholders and fostering innovation speed and quality are also key responsibilities.

You’d be a great fit if you

• Are a team player are humble and like to help others grow

• break down big projects into small deliverables and move fast based on user feedback. You prefer small solutions and know when to improve something or make it scalable immediately.

• you have 5+ years in management/leadership roles in ops-heavy organizations.

• are genuinely friendly ambitious and have high levels of energy

• like to take initiative and find new creative solutions to problems

• are an excellent communicator and know how to coordinate teams collect feedback and identify bottlenecks

• have a track record in working in financial services

• are fluent in English and French (written and spoken)

• are based in West Europe ideally Paris

• have an international experience

• are passionate about personal finance & investing

• are an accomplished athlete
