Job Description
What you'll do
- Accelerate programmatic (non-managed service) revenue, hitting personal and team targets on a monthly, quarterly, and yearly basis.
- Develop and implement a comprehensive partnership strategy to exceed programmatic revenue goals in the US & Canada.
- Oversee the ongoing development of growth across our primary SSP offering, inclusive of: working with demand side partners on RFIs, trading agreements, curator partnerships, and retail media services.
- Collaborate with an internal SDR team to develop and execute a high-performing lead-gen, outreach, and meeting generation framework.
- Work closely with the mid-market and managed-service demand partnerships team to build a groundswell of activity with advertising agencies.
- Define key objectives and performance goals for each member on your team; working as a motivator, mentor, teacher, and partnership-lead to ensure overall business goals are achieved.
- Drive business outcomes through forging relationships and feedback loops with internal teams such as: supply sales, ad operations, marketing, and product.
- Track industry trends, competitor activities, and emerging technologies to capitalize on new opportunities and educate the broader organization on US/Canada driven topics.
- Nurture a collaborative and high-performance team culture, fostering professional growth and development.
Who you are
- Bachelor's degree in marketing, business, or a related field.
- Proven experience (7+ years) in programmatic advertising, with a focus on partnerships and sales.
- Strong understanding of the programmatic advertising ecosystem, including DSPs, SSPs, DMPs, and ad exchanges.
- Demonstrated success in negotiating and managing strategic partnerships in the programmatic space.
- Excellent analytical skills with the ability to interpret data and make data-driven decisions.
- Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to influence and build relationships at all levels.
- Strong leadership capabilities, with experience in managing and developing high-performing teams.
- Entrepreneurial mindset with the ability to navigate complex business landscapes.
