Required Skills:
  • Bachelor’s or master’s degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, or other related field(s). Or equivalent work experience; or
  • A minimum of 7 years of experience in multiple IT areas and 2–3 years of relevant architecture experience. Requires advanced to expert level knowledge and understanding of architecture, applications systems design and integration.
  • Ability to communicate effectively (verbally and in writing) with technical and Department staff.
  • Minimum 7 years of experience developing and maintaining database-driven, web-based applications.
  • Minimum 7 years of experience with Oracle 12g databases and higher.
  • Minimum 7 years of experience developing database-driven applications in a Microsoft Visual Studio.Net environment with C#, VB6, VB.NET, ASP, and Oracle 12G databases.
  • Minimum 7 years of experience with object-oriented development techniques.
  • Minimum 2-3 years of experience with n-tier logical/physical architected applications.
  • Minimum 7 years of experience with Microsoft Team Foundation Server (TFS).
  • Minimum 7 years of experience creating, modifying, and running (SQL) queries.
  • Minimum 7 years of experience performing system analysis, troubleshooting, and testing.

Preferred Qualifications

  • Familiarity with the Department’s e-Commerce Broker financial system.
  • Familiarity with the Department's security and information technology procedures.
  • Experience with Crystal Reports Server and Windows Script File (WSF).
  • Experience with Control-M, IBM FileNet P8 platform, and Windows Task Scheduler.
  • Experience with the Department’s licensing systems (AALF, ALIS, DICE, FCDICE, FACS-DICE, ANDI, eAppoint, NFTI, and e-Commerce Broker).
  • Experience developing applications for the Department’s Office of Information Technology.
