About the Role:

We seek a detail-oriented and proactive Website Content Administrator to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for managing and updating content on our company website to ensure accuracy, relevance, and an engaging user experience. 

The Website Content Administrator develops strategy and execution with other business groups, including Sales, Marketing, Technology, and Business Development, and directs the website's vision.

A Day in The Life of Our Website Content Administrator:

  • Update and maintain website content using Drupal content management, including text, images, and multimedia elements.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams such as sales, corporate, marketing, design, and development to ensure website content aligns with business goals and brand standards.
  • Create and optimize web pages for search engine visibility (SEO) and user experience with the support of the digital department. 
  • Monitor website performance metrics and user feedback to identify opportunities for improvement and optimization.
  • Implement website updates and enhancements to support marketing campaigns, product launches, and other initiatives.
  • Ensure website content is up-to-date, accurate, and compliant with relevant legal and regulatory requirements.
  • Troubleshoot and resolve technical issues related to website functionality, performance, and usability.
  • Create documentation and training materials for website content management processes and procedures.
  • Develop and implement procedures and best practices for website content management, ensuring efficiency, consistency, and compliance.
  • Stay informed about industry trends, best practices, and emerging technologies related to website content management and user experience.
  • Manage website content: edit, add, and update website content through CMS.
  • Collaborate with marketing, development, design, SEO, and localization teams to ensure website content and experience drive conversion and complement marketing goals.

Who you are and what you’ll need for this position:

  • 2+ years of experience running a site on CMS, preferably Drupal.
  • Web experience in Drupal or other CMS is a must.
  • Experience working with industry tools and analytics packages, including email, social, web analytics, CRM, business intelligence, and marketing automation platforms.
  • An online portfolio of work demonstrating website content experience across a range of brands or industries.
  • Experienced people manager, although this position does not have direct reports.
  • Must pay maniacal attention to detail and quality control.
  • Solid understanding of typical digital advertising channels and social media best practices and technologies.
  • Creative, innovative, resourceful, and get-it-done results orientation.
  • Ability to work successfully in an ever-changing, sometimes ambiguous environment with competing priorities.
  • Strong communication skills, both written and verbal. Able to ask questions or share information with clarity and brevity across verbal, phone, email, and messaging platforms.
  • Excellent project management skills. Able to define key work streams and tasks needed to complete each, express in a project plan, and work the plan to on-time completion, providing regular status updates as needed.
  • Manage multiple priorities as an independent, self-starter with excellent time management within a rapidly evolving business.
  • Highly collaborative, able to work with various internal functions to meet their business needs while enforcing website governance policies.
