In this role you will:

• Design and deliver Workday integrations across following modules: HCM, Advanced Compensation, Payroll, Benefits, Time Tracking, and Recruiting/ATS
• Develop, test and deploy integrations required to meet business requirements
• Build EIBs for activities during the year including annual merit review process, mass worker data changes, bonus payments, etc.
• Assess existing integrations to identify areas for performance improvements - including updating connectors/document transformations/web services as necessary
• Create and modify eligibility rules, calculated fields, custom objects, security framework including domain configurations
• Stay engaged on Workday Community to understand current trends and upcoming delivered feature enhancements, and implement changes as needed
• Prepare a twice annual analysis of the Workday deployments and test impacts to Magnite's Workday deployment
• Ensure data integrity and privacy at the highest levels
• Build/launch new custom business processes, workflows, reports, notifications, tasks
• Be the subject matter expert by providing technical input in selecting optional features and training People Operations staff on tactical processes within Workday
• Support other systems utilized by the People team as needed

We're looking for someone with:

• 5+ years hands on experience with Workday development, integration and support
• Proficient with 2 or more functional Workday modules (HCM, Advanced Compensation, Benefits, Payroll, Recruiting, Time Tracking, Performance Management)
• Experience working in Workday with global
• Workday certification a plus
• Design and build integrations of all types: EIB, Core Connectors, etc a plus
• Experience in designing and developing complex reports using BIRT/Workday Studio is a plus, but not required
• Active member of Workday community
• Strategic, analytical thinker who consistently challenges the status quo and ability to comfortably make sound recommendations using data in complex, ambiguous, and changing environment
• Demonstrated ability to maintain strong attention to detail and accuracy in a fast-paced environment
• Exceptional customer service, multi-tasking, and project & change management skills in an agile environment
• Ability to communicate effectively at multiple levels of the organization and demonstrate a strong commitment to a team environment.
