LI.FI is simplifying multi-chain DeFi for traditional financial institutions fintechs and service providers by offering a unified API to access all on-chain liquidity across major blockchains for best price same-chain and cross-chain swaps. A quick run-down of the job
We are looking for a Working Student in People Operations to support our People Ops team in creating a great experience for both candidates and employees. You will gain hands-on experience across various HR functions from talent acquisition to employee engagement while contributing to scaling our People Ops processes.
This is a unique opportunity for a student looking to develop their career in HR and learn about the ins and outs of People Operations in a dynamic Web3 environment. You’ll work closely with our People Operations & Finance team to ensure smooth day-to-day operations while being empowered to take ownership of specific tasks and initiatives.

What you’ll do

Support onboarding and offboarding processes ensuring a positive experience for new hires and departing employees

Help manage our HR tools and platforms including our ATS (Ashby) and HRIS (HiBob) ensuring data accuracy and assisting in process optimization

Contribute to employee engagement initiatives such as organizing remote team events and supporting multiple people operations and talent projects

Collaborate on the continuous improvement of policies and processes with a focus on scalability and efficiency

Assist in preparing and maintaining employee records and documentation

Support ad-hoc projects and initiatives led by the team

Must be located in Germany (Berlin is a plus)

Currently enrolled in a Bachelor’s or Master’s program ideally in Human Resources Business Administration Psychology or a related field

Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple tasks simultaneously

Excellent communication skills both written and verbal

Proficiency in Google Workspace (Docs Sheets Slides) and/or MS Office
-
Curiosity and willingness to learn about People Ops processes and best practices

Prior experience in a People Operations HR or administrative role is a plus
-
Strong attention to detail and ability to handle confidential information with discretion

Eager to work in a diverse remote-first environment and comfortable with the flexibility this requires
