Firstly, millennials crave flexibility and work-life balance. They prioritize benefits like flexible working hours, healthcare, and pay raises, indicating a desire for a better quality of life.

Secondly, despite their tech-savviness, millennials value in-person communication and clear direction from managers. This highlights the importance of effective communication and mentorship in the workplace.

Thirdly, millennials are not driven by the traditional corporate ladder. Instead, 66% aspire to start their own business, and 37% prefer to work independently. This entrepreneurial spirit could lead to innovation and job growth.

Lastly, millennials acknowledge that poor work ethic holds them back, but what constitutes work ethic is subjective. Companies must redefine and measure work ethic to support millennials' development.
