Description and Requirements

岗位职责：

1. 负责与业务部门、财务部门紧密合作，深入理解其业务流程与需求，制定详细的系统需求规格说明书，明确功能需求、业务流程、数据需求及系统性能要求，包括但不限于客户管理、商机管理、项目全流程管理、收入管理、支出管理等方面。
2. 参与或主导财务相关系统或ICT项目管理系统的设计与优化工作，确保系统能够高效支持财务业务流程，提升工作效率与准确性。
3. 熟练使用Axure等工具进行用户界面原型设计，清晰展示系统操作流程与界面布局。编写详细的项目文档，包括需求文档、设计文档、用户手册等，确保项目知识的有效传递与后续维护。
4. 快速学习并掌握新系统、新技术，将其应用于实际工作中，不断提升财务信息系统解决方案的先进性与实用性。

职位要求：

1. 至少3年以上相关专业信息系统分析、设计或实施经验。
2. 熟练使用Offer、Wps等常用办公软件，善于制作PPT文档。
3. 熟悉MySQL或Redis或Oracle等常用数据库中至少一种数据库，具备常用SQL语句编写能力。
