Description and Requirements

职责描述:

1、负责人工智能音频算法的原型开发，性能验证和产品导入；

2、研究和开发包括但不限于AI降噪、AI回音消除、AI语音增强等，并根据相关算法需求对神经网络模型进行改进和优化，提升公司相关产品的核心竞争力及用户体验；

3、融合AI和传统音频处理技术，使算法性能达到最优；

4、负责支持音频算法的工程化落地, 性能调优, 使产品达到市场性能要求；

5、负责跟踪和研究业界最新技术和撰写专利；

任职要求：

1.声学、信号处理、自动化、通信、电子工程、计算机类，硕士及以上学历且5年以上工作经验；

2.具有较强数学功底，有独立的理论分析、推导能力，熟练掌握数字信号处理、音频信号处理等学科理论知识，掌握机器学习等学科理论知识；

3.熟悉音频算法基本原理，对智能语音增强（噪声抑制、回声消除、波束形成、声源定位、盲源分离、去混响、降噪）有理解深刻；

4.熟悉Tensorflow、Pytorch等机器学习框架，具有机器学习在音频领域应用经验；

5.熟悉语音通话性能指标如：G/N/S MOS，TCLw，DT者优先；
