Summary Incumbent serves as a Maintenance Mechanic that accomplishes routine and emergency repair, evaluation, and installation of buildings and structures, facilities, and grounds maintenance. Incumbent has working knowledge in at least one of the areas of carpentry, electrical, mechanical, Heating Ventilation and Air Conditioning (HVAC), or plumbing trades. Incumbent must be physically able to wear OSHA standard personal protective equipment (PPE) per 29 CFR. Working Conditions: Incumbent works inside and outside during all kinds of weather conditions, including varying temperatures.
