3-6 month FTC Expense Administrator- January start date
Who are we?
We're on the lookout for a motivated and detail-oriented individual to join our dynamic Operations Finance team as a Financial Administrative Support. This role is a fixed term contract of 3-6 months to help our team during staff absence, as such we are looking for someone who is keen to make a start in January and who is quick to pick up new skills and ask questions! We would like Dutch language skills however if you are someone who can find solutions and overcome barriers that is not essential.
What will you be doing?
- Support our Operations team with daily financial tasks, making sure everything adds up perfectly i.e. with purchase orders, invoices or supplier queries.
- Follow Global Procurement policies when entering new suppliers, ensuring we stay on the right track.
- Be the go-to person for internal and external stakeholders, providing exceptional service with a smile.
- Collaborate with different departments to facilitate effective communication and coordination, because teamwork makes the dream work.
- Adapt quickly to changing priorities while consistently delivering high-quality work, because we're always on the move.

What tools are we using?
- Coupa
- Oracle Cloud
- Microsoft Office
- Some experience with Concur is a plus but not required.
