Salary: $200,000 - $250,000 plus bonus opportunities

General Summary of Duties for Non-Operative Spine Physician (Non-Operative):
Orthopaedic and Neurosurgical independent practice located in Olympia WA, is looking for a full-time Non-Operative Spine Physician (MD/DO) to join us. We are seeking a high-quality physician who is skilled in evaluating and treating back injuries and non-operative spine issues. You will work in your own practice working alongside specialized surgeons, physical therapists, and other non-operative physicians.
This position does not take call, however, may be asked to help with community events and attend an occasional evening or weekend meeting.
Required Qualifications:
- Valid and unrestricted Washington State license and DEA or the ability to obtain one.
- Ability and comfort working with an electronic health record (AthenaHealth).
- Diagnose and manage acute and chronic spine pain.
- Ability to confidently read x-rays.
- Ability to collaborate with other physicians to coordinate the best possible care for the patient(s).
- Positive and professional attitude towards patients and staff.
Specialties, including sports medicine, family practice, PMNR, emergency medicine, and occupational medicine are encouraged to apply in addition to new graduates.
