Lovelace Medical Group- Pulmonology is seeking a skilled BE/BC Pulmonary/Critical Care physician for a growth opportunity joining its employed practice in gorgeous Albuquerque, New Mexico. The physician will enjoy working with a collegial, experienced team in the outpatient and inpatient settings, including the MICU and CVICU.   Requirements: ·         Experience with ECMO, Impella and other mechanical circulatory support and med/surg critical care. ·         Stroke, BLS and ACLS Certifications   Open to new graduates.   About the Position:  ·         Team of 5 physicians, 2 Clinic NPs, 10 inpatient APPs, and an extensive support staff ·         Enjoy working in the inpatient and outpatient settings ·         Schedule inclusive of 8 ICU shifts/ mo and Inpatient/Outpatient Pulmonary ·         Serving 263-bed (20 ICU beds) Lovelace Medical Center and (14 ICU beds) the esteemed Heart Hospital of New Mexico at Lovelace Medical Center ·         Closed ICU ·         Four days of hospital call/month- w/ Excess call pay ·         Procedures include bronchoscopy, central venous access, arterial catheter placement and thoracentesis  ·         EBUS and Ion Robotic-assisted bronchoscopy also available ·         APP Support in ICUs and in the Clinic ·         Clinic is conveniently located on the hospital campus- with 12 exam rooms & 3 PFT rooms ·         Onsite testing includes CPET, Methacholine Challenge, 6MW, Titration Walks, etc. ·         Epic EMR   Recruitment Package may include: ·         Base salary + wRVU production incentive ·         Quality Bonus (Critical Care) ·         CME allowance ·         Sign-on bonus ·         Medical debt assistance + Consultative services by Navigate Student Loans · Relocation allowance ·         Residency stipend ·         Paid malpractice coverage · Health benefits + Retirement plan ·         Marketing + practice growth assistance   Awards/Recognition: In November 2024, Heart Hospital of New Mexico at Lovelace Medical Center received recognition for placing its 1000th WATCHMAN Device and it was awarded LVAD Accreditation from The Joint Commission.
