Qualifications Your resume must also demonstrate at least one year of specialized experience at or equivalent to the GS-11 grade level or pay band in the Federal service or equivalent experience in the private or public sector. Specialized experience must demonstrate the following: . 1. Knowledge of documentation procedures as applies to software development. 2. Knowledge of systems analysis and design techniques including data and process modeling ,alternative design approaches relevant to the application area, configuration management. 3. Ability to modify existing systems and to relate all aspects of the work to the overall project. 4. Superior oral and written communication skills required to provide assistance on a wide range of complex IT methods, policies, and procedures. .
